JMBW series chocolate holding tank is to store the fine grind chocolate mass with constant temperature controlled by automatic temperature control system. The chocolate thermal cylinder is an important equipment in the chocolate production process, mainly used as heat preservation container to store the after-grinding chocolate syrup,in order to meet the technological requirement and continuous production request. The machine not only can realize temperature decrease, elevation of temperature, heat preservation, but also has the function of degasification, air sweetening, dehydration as well as to prevent pulp fat separation and so on .

The agitator can be switched on only if the contents of the tank is adequately heated. The types RTN have a semi-circular base and allow for total emptying of the tank. 4.Chocolate vibratory sieve with an easily removable sieve insert manufactured in stainless steel. 5.Sieve meshes available for different tank and mesh sizes. 6.Minimum and maximum level switch for monitoring and controlling the tank contents.
